HWE developed a brand style that would reflects the rich heritage Grosvenor Square celebrates. Derived from the John Rocque 1746 map of Grosvenor Square, we created a new graphic device that would echo this line work and present a unique element to the brand profile. A refresh on the colour palette also extended across 1GSQ’s digital design, printed collateral and applications. In combination, the design aesthetic creates a sense of space, modernity & elegance.

Home to British aristocracy since the 1700s, No.1 Grosvenor Square has been at the centre of fashion and status ever since. This new development, constructed by Lodha – India’s leading and largest real estate developer, is London’s most desirable address. Lodha commissioned HWE for a brand refresh and to create a lifestyle film to build awareness and bring the property closer to potential clients. We were also asked to design a digital brochure, to showcased the landmark’s exceptional design, service & amenities, as well as a set of social assets to engage with their UHNW audience.
