We were approached in 2010 to develop a marketing and creative strategy for Space NK stores to run above and below the line. Our first objective was to engage with existing customers to keep them advised of new product launches and information on products and services. The second was to reach out to different audiences by expanding their database.
We developed an effective seasonal marketing campaign that featured individual monthly promotions and events through window displays, brochures and emails. Later, we created a brand new quarterly customer magazine for the beauty retailer. N.Vision was born in 2010 and was an instant success, being mailed to existing customers and given away to new customers in store.
