This classic men’s and women’s watch brand required an advertising campaign prior to Christmas 2012 to launch their new Rapier Sports watches. Our challenge? The turnaround was incredibly tight and the content needed to be extremely impactful and effective in order to stand out from the flurry of competitors’ pre-Christmas promotions filling magazines at the same time.
We devised a cheeky, copy-stopping campaign within the agreed time scale, which was placed in national glossy fashion magazines and newspapers. The watch launch was an instant hit and the campaign, which successfully conveyed Rapier Sports’ key attributes to Rotary’s existing customers as well as to new audiences, was subsequently rolled out into Spring.
